I just wanted to post and let those who care know that I am ok...so...I am ok...

I just spoke with someone who I had lost contact with a while ago...and it was really good...I didn't realize I missed them...I didn't realize how much I had enjoyed our conversations and how much I really cared for them...sometimes you never know how much someone means to you until they are gone...

You realize that you have traveled so far and yet still have come back to the place you never wanted to see again...you realize that no matter how much you change the person you are on the inside, people will still see you the way they want to see you...and when you surround yourself by these type of people you are bound to feel betrayed and sad... So it's been two months being cigarette free...it's weird...I am glad that I don't smoke anymore but I really miss smoking...I wonder why that is....today it was so cold here that I put on one of my denim shirts I haven't worn in a while and guess what I find in the pocket? This sucks...the only thing stopping me from smoking is that I am stubborn...who the hell do my lungs think they are anyway...they are not the boss of me...fuckin' lungs...

Why is it that as soon as I decide to quit smoking I get sick as a dog...I am starting to wonder if it is psychological...hmmm...24 hours and counting...ugh....I wish I had a cigarette....
